First Dance

We meet on the 2nd Thursday of the month 7.30-9pm £6
Ovingdean Village Hall, Ovingdean Road.
Each month will be a different dance, by the end of the year we would have covered all ten Ballroom and Latin dances plus Charleston, LindyHop and Balboa.
The most important thing to wear is the right shoes. Flat shoes or a small heel is great, you must be able to slide around in them, shoes with grip just wont work.

Choose between Charleston, Jive, Swing, LindyHop, Rock & Roll, Grease, Salsa, Burlesque or 'Strictly'- where you learn one Ballroom & one Latin dance (usually the Cha Cha Cha & Ballroom Tango.)
Your teacher will be prepared with moves to form a great routine. The class lasts about an hour. Afterwards you have some options of Fascinator making, Vintage Hair tuitition & afternoon tea.
Price
Prices are per person, a 10% deposit is to be paid when confirming the booking. The minimum amount of people is 10 but this can be negotiated
The dance class lasts for around an hour. £15pp

Private, one to one lessons are really useful to progress your dancing technique and style, you are also free to ask any 'silly' questions you have always wanted to ask.
First Dance
Banish those first dance nerves! Idealy one month before the big day, with your music. The dances we teach are:
Swing, Jive, Rock & Roll, Modern Jive, Salsa, Lindy Hop, Rumba, Cha Cha Cha, Samba, Paso Doble, Waltz, Vieneese Waltz, Quickstep, Foxtrot, Ballroom Tango, Argentine Tango.
